Postage & Handling

Finn moto provides FREE POSTAGE for orders over $200 Australia wide. Orders that total under this amount incur postage costs. International orders receive pre-negotiated reduced postage rates. Finn moto sends instock items within 24 hours of the payment being received, excluding weekends & holidays.

USA Customers: To keep up with USA export/import requirements, your order will now have the tariffs prepaid so the parcels will go through customs faster and remove any risk of additional costs at customs. The tariff fee is 10%, it will automatically be calculated and displayed under GST in the checkout. The freight cost is still subsidsed to ensure you get the lowest possible price. 

Finn Moto sends worldwide; customers can use the postage calculator in the cart or checkout to see the postage options and cost. Australia has free postage over $200, its recommended to choose the lowest price (free) option for Australia, delivery only takes a few days or if its urgent express post is available. For international customers the best value is Express Courier International. Prices should automatically display in your local currency, if in doubt the currency is displayed at the footer of the page, you can change it at the top of page.

Payments must be received in full and cleared before goods will be sent.

All regular items are sent via signature post for your security, you can opt to leave at front door through Australia Post tracking.

Please note that personal pickups are available by appointment only, warehouse address is 3/7 comserv close, west gosford nsw 2250. Monday Wednesday Thursday & Friday are the available pickup days, to organise a time please call Matt, 0405 247 408.

Warranty & Returns

All motorcycle clothing and accessories purchased from Finn moto includes:

* 60 day money back guarantee, if its our fault we cover postage both ways.

* 12 months replacement/repair warranty on faults.

* Exchange option: (once goods have been received, we must be contacted within 10 days to arrange an exchange). Jeans for example; A new size is posted out, once your happy with the exchange item, you can then return item in unused condition in original packaging with tags and labels.. Buyers are required to cover the postage for the return item, we will post out the new item at our cost.

*Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with the product or doesn't meet your needs and do not want an exchange, a purchase refund will be given. (postage costs approx $15 is non refundable). Items must be received in new condition before a refund will be given. Buyer has 60 days from purchase date to contact for a refund.
