Return or Exchange your Finn Moto items cost effectively. Posting through Australia post can be very expensive especially for riders in WA SA TAS, to simplify the exchange / return process there are two options above:
Return is a prepaid postage label emailed out to you to print out; simply tape it onto the parcel and give to your local Australia post. (If you live in Sydney it will be cheaper to go through them)
Exchange covers freight for sending out new sizes & includes a prepaid return label for returning all the items that do not fit. (Please hold onto the original item so all the items come back in one parcel).

Had an issue with one of the locks, issue sorted without any problems.
Finn moto replaced the brackets straight away with a return post bag to return the original brackets, couldn’t.t ask for better service.
I received two new sizes to try very quickly, they arrived on the expected due date.
