The 882 pattern is a modified classic straight cut pair of jeans which looks good & feels comfortable on & off the bike; suiting all aged riders who dont wear slim/skinny fit jeans. The fabric has been hand selected and with clean timeless features. Straight out of the packet these jeans have a soft touch, so you can slide into them with ease and be comfortable riding.
Finnmoto independently tests the protective lining & denim used in its jeans. The impact abrasion test meets level 1 protection throughout the jeans for 13595-1: 2002 5.4 abrasion protection from Satra Technologies UK. (4 seconds of abrasion = level 1). The fabric has also been tested in Australia achieving 3.8 seconds.

The actual measurements listed in the size chart below are in (INCH'S), recommended to use dress tape measure.
'Jean size' refers to the label size; true Australian jean size.
You can cross reference by measuring the circumference of your bodies waist line, match it upto 'recommended waist circumference'.
To triple check you can grab your existing good fitting jeans, lay them flat & measure across the waist as in picture below.
The sizing guide is our average leg cut (fits approx height 170cm to 185m). Short leg is approx 2inch shorter (<170cm). Long leg is approx 2inch longer. (>185cm)

300 Gsm Blue Jeans
Excellent product and Service. I recommend calling or emailing Matt after you have read the sizing advice so you can work out the best sizing, personal service that you don't often get. The jeans he sent fit perfect with the hip pads in, super comfortable on and off the bike. The knee pad placement is adjustable too. I'm confident they will perform well if they ever get tested for abrasion or impact :) Thanks Matt.

Finn Moto Raw Blue Motorcycle Jeans - 300gsm
I bought these for the summer coolness and water repellent finish. Tested both features out on the first wearing of them and performed beyond my expectations. They didn't get wet all the way through with light rain, heavy rain they did but dried reasonably quick when the rain stopped. They were super comfortable in the heat and humidity that followed. Thumbs up from me!

I recently purchased the Finn Moto 300 GSM Kevlar jeans after researching motorcycle jeans at length. As far as I could find, Finn Moto is only one of two manufacturers that disclose on their website the GSM of the Kevlar used in their jeans – kudos to Finn Moto. Also, as far as I could find Finn Moto’s jeans have the most Kevlar coverage of any Kevlar motorcycle jeans, and the Kevlar in Finn Moto’s jeans is substantial, unlike the Kevlar in jeans I was able to find locally in the US which was so thin it didn’t appear that it would provide much protection. So far I’ve worn the Finn Moto 300 GSM Kevlar jeans on one day long ride. The jeans were quite comfortable in temps up to 80 F, and I look forward to trying them out in warmer temps. I have especially long legs so the armor placement in the jeans, though adjustable, didn’t work me, but I use external knee armor in any event so it isn’t an issue. Matt at Finn Moto was also extremely responsive and helpful in completing my order from the US., the jeans were promptly shipped and arrived much quicker than I thought they would coming from Australia. I would recommend Finn Moto’s jeans to anyone looking for substantial, protective Kevlar motorcycle jeans at a reasonable cost compared to other major moto brands.

Normal looking jeans
They look like normal jeans to wear. Bit tight around the hips when you add in the hip protector. Comfy to wear No complaints

300gsm Kevlar jeans
Quality of jeans cannot be faulted. I would suggest sizing down if referencing the size chart or just go with your usual Jean size. I am usually a 32 but looking at the chart I opted for a 33. They’re probably a size too big. With a belt and once seated on a bike they’re okay. Maybe the 32 would be too tight.
