Very solid product - no flopping around with the vibrations. Much better than the flimsy plastic crap that comes on the FXDB. If you have the Harley quick detach kit it will require drilling a hole in the backing plate behind the fender - easy enough job, just get the holes lining up and don't bother with the washer.
