Very impressed once I tried it on. My major concern was were the waist and sleeve tight enough to stop the jacket riding up during a fall but once I had it on I don't think this will be an issue. Workmanship and materials are top notch and recommend this jacket. I would love to see the same jacket available without the hood

The hoodie is cooler than a leather jacket and when worn looks just like a standard hoodie. The grip band near the waist is nice and tight to prevent the hoodie riding up, in an accident. The armour is well placed, CE standard but small enough not to impede free movement. I found the sizing based on Chest width to be spot on. Overall a great product!

hi, when i first got this hoodie i was surprised with the quality, it was well made and fitted perfectly. one thing i did notice was that with all the armor in, it was quite heavy , i took the armor out and it was lighter and comfortable to wear, but you can leave the armor in and it looks just like a regular hoodie. it's still a thick hoodie with the kevlar, i compare it to the thickness of the old ww2 great coats, for those of you who can remember running around in those back in the 70's. I bought this as a summer coat instead of wearing a leather jacket, but in Queensland the humidity is what gets you , the hoodie is good for cool mornings and nights, but you can't wear it during the days in summer here. I wear a vest all the time while riding, which accounts for a blockage of air flow around the body i suppose, but still because of it's thickness it doesn't breathe that well in the hot conditions up here. It will make great riding gear from April through November when the weather gets below the 30's. Apart from that it's a great quality hoodie.

Great looking product, very happy, however the sizing chart is a bit off. I bought a L and should probably have gone XL, and i'm only 167cm tall - a bit tight around the shoulders and chest. Otherwise the product itself is amazing!

Excellent quality jacket. Well made and very sturdy. I am 183 cm (6 ft 3) and fairly slim, and the large fits snugly around the chest but the sleeves are a good length. The XL would be too baggy in the wind. It is very comfortable with the armour out. Would recommend this jacket. Perfect for short hops and looks good to wear after the ride.

I have had my Kevlar hoodie from finn moto for some time now; My first impression on the very first wear was the removable armour was undetectable, you could not feel it and it did not deflect the cut, or the style of the garment nor did it move around whilst riding. The quality of the build and thought that has gone into the making has produced a high quality product. With comfort mesh and water repellent outer fabric completes the technical profile with an excellent and very attractive quality price ratio. The only noticeable piece was the back armour but that was soon forgotten. The overall comfort of the hoodie is amazing. Giving full movement with no pulling or riding up of the sleeves & waist. It feels soft against the chest and torso I found it to be quite comfortable in reasonably hot weather so now I can ride protected and comfortable. I just recently completed a rider training course an all day gruelling event with some club members in 36 degree heat. Even with their vented rider jackets, they were doing it tough where as I did not even notice the heat till I stopped and stood in the sun, after all it is black and it was defiantly tshirt weather In the colder early morning rides I usually wear t shirt ,thermal top, Brando jacket with liner and a vest, At this point I am exhausted. Not only that I cant move, along with the hassle of taking it all off & putting it back on between stops. I find the Finn Moto Hoodie extremely wind resistant, easy to wear and seems to maintain a comfortable temperature. Regardless of the temperature hot or cold I now wear a T-shirt, Finn Moto Kevlar Hoodie & sometimes a leather vest over the top. I was looking for very long time to find a big man´s size Kevlar Jacket. The sizing in the description is perfect. It fits and is not too big, refer to their size chart!!! The replacement Kevlar Lined Hoodie arrived late this afternoon. Thank you. Matt, I have been very impressed with the level of personal attention you have given me when I contacted you by phone and organized a larger size garment for myself. Seems my belly is bigger than my chest!! So now I have my sons Christmas present as well as a jacket for myself. The new one fits "like a glove" and I look forward to using it as I ride locally, at least. The DuPont Kevlar lining combined with the armor make this a very usable piece of riding wear. Bravo. Rod.

I recently took a fall while wearing your hoodie. It was a relatively low speed fall at about 30-40km. I came down and hit my side and shoulder on the floor. The shoulder on the jumper is a bit scratched up but other than that the jacket did its job and well worth every dollar I paid! Thanks for protecting me.

Casual, practical, safe, and sturdy. This jacket isn't designed for riding through winter, it's breathable material make it a perfect jacket for those hot ride days, the Kevlar offers superior protection, and the armour in back, shoulders and elbows, offer comfort and practical support. I rate the jacket highly as it's comfortable, and great for riding into work or UNI, with a pair of Kevlar jeans, looks very casual and might get you labelled as a "squidy" but truly you're an undercover "ATGATT" kind of rider! I purchased the small size basing it off a previous jacket I bought through finnmoto but the size was slightly too small, however I prefer the tighter fit, don't want it riding up in a slide! Definitely a recommended product!
