To ensure the jacket fits you perfectly we recommend measuring your actual chest and match it up with the above. (measurements are in inch's)
Dont have a dress tape measure? (use rope or power cord then measure point to point)
Fitting for XS to XL, if your Tshirt size is Large. Your chest should measure 42inch.
To double check how the large jacket will fit can grab a fitted yet comfortable jacket and measure across the chest under arm sleeves, it should be 24inch
Fitting for 2xl or higher, please measure your chest and match it up.
If your stomach is equal or larger than your chest measurement its best to go up one size.
For example Chest 50inch, Stomach 50inch you will be size 5xl
Tall customers:
The jacket is cut quite long in the torso for good coverage, if slim and tall you may get away with your true size
If you have an avg to large build and tall, its best to go up one size for length & broadness.

Excellant quality and very comfortable.
I used to ride with my jacket from my two part race suit. It fitted well but was heavy and a pain to lug around when out and about. This hoodie is great, looks and feels like a normal hoodie, but with quality kelvar and armour. Its also priced very well.

Get one
This jumper feels so good and looks tough. I feel safe on the motorcycle, even from the Canberra wind, as this thing seems to really stop the airflow, yet breathes; if you've ever worn a motorcycle jacket - any jacket - you'll know they all fail to achieve this feat. When I dismount, I don't look like a japanese robot in a lame textile jacket covered in grey triangles, or a "try-hard" in unnecessarily foppish racing leather. I think it suits the cruiser and sportsbike equally well. Take out the armour and you've got yourself a comfy cut/flash resistant jumper and windstopper, which is a cool bonus. I am 6'2", 82kg and size L works great for me. Considered the XL for sleeve length, but I'm just inside - One of the only tops I ever bought that wasn't too fat around the middle or too damn short in the sleeves. Also the best hoodie I've ever bought. The pockets are superb as things actually stay in them (also unheard of in a hoodie). The pockets also keep your hands nice and snug in the cold. I don't think it's just the best jacket I ever bought, it's the best thing I've ever bought! And I love my leather jacket too, but it costs three times as much and is not three times as good. Maybe not even as good...

Definitely worth buying
Bought an XL sized kevlar hoodie. Fits well and snug around the waist and wrist cuffs to keep the wind out. Only had it this week, riding with a t-shirt underneath in Melbourne's autumnal weather and it certainly keeps me comfortable, not too hot nor cold. Just like the bear's porridge - just right. When riding my BMW F650GS I notice the back armour, however riding my Aprilia sports bike iI don't notice it at all. This hoodie was definitely worth buying. Wonder whether a version without the hood could be considered, as a sweater-style top? Finn Moto?

Very happy with this product. Fits nice and snug in size Large. The jacket keeps me warm but can also breathe.

Very nice jacket keeps me cool when riding on hot days. Matt was very helpful with the sizing and delivery was prompt.

All round quality
Very impressed once I tried it on. My major concern was were the waist and sleeve tight enough to stop the jacket riding up during a fall but once I had it on I don't think this will be an issue. Workmanship and materials are top notch and recommend this jacket. I would love to see the same jacket available without the hood

Great product. great price
The hoodie is cooler than a leather jacket and when worn looks just like a standard hoodie. The grip band near the waist is nice and tight to prevent the hoodie riding up, in an accident. The armour is well placed, CE standard but small enough not to impede free movement. I found the sizing based on Chest width to be spot on. Overall a great product!

good quality hoodie
hi, when i first got this hoodie i was surprised with the quality, it was well made and fitted perfectly. one thing i did notice was that with all the armor in, it was quite heavy , i took the armor out and it was lighter and comfortable to wear, but you can leave the armor in and it looks just like a regular hoodie. it's still a thick hoodie with the kevlar, i compare it to the thickness of the old ww2 great coats, for those of you who can remember running around in those back in the 70's. I bought this as a summer coat instead of wearing a leather jacket, but in Queensland the humidity is what gets you , the hoodie is good for cool mornings and nights, but you can't wear it during the days in summer here. I wear a vest all the time while riding, which accounts for a blockage of air flow around the body i suppose, but still because of it's thickness it doesn't breathe that well in the hot conditions up here. It will make great riding gear from April through November when the weather gets below the 30's. Apart from that it's a great quality hoodie.
