New Ladies Protective Motorcycle Jeans – Blue
Built using the same construction, materials and protection system as our 5-star MotoCAP rated 881 jeans, this new ladies model is our latest step toward creating a better fitting protective jean for female riders.
This release is intentionally small batch as we continue refining the fit with real-world rider feedback. Availability is currently limited while we fine tune sizing and pattern development.

The updated pattern features a mid-rise waist, longer back rise for coverage when riding, improved seat shaping and a slim tapered leg for a cleaner silhouette. Compared with our previous ladies model, this new version offers a more balanced fit through the hips, bottom and leg while maintaining comfort on the bike.
Built with a stretch protective denim outer and fully lined front and back from waist to ankle with 100% genuine 340gsm terry loop knitted DuPont™ KEVLAR® fibre, these jeans use the same protective formula as our proven men’s 881 platform.
The Airmax mesh lining improves comfort by reducing skin friction while helping airflow between the protective lining and outer denim. Combined with the knitted Kevlar® lining and denim shell, the jeans remain surprisingly breathable across varying temperatures and work well in both warmer and cooler riding conditions.

CE Level 2 armour is included at both the knees and hips. The knee armour pockets feature dual height adjustment for improved positioning, while the hip armour remains fixed for stability. The knee armour sits discreetly within the jean to maintain a clean everyday appearance.
This latest version is designed to suit slim to average body shapes best. Riders with larger hips or thighs may prefer sizing up depending on desired fit.
As with all new fit releases, we’ll continue refining the pattern based on customer feedback and may introduce additional cuts in future.
FAQ
Do you exchange sizes?
Yes — if the size isn’t right, we’ll send the replacement pair at Finn Moto’s cost. Simply transfer your armour into the new pair, confirm the fit works for you, then return the original jeans using a medium AusPost satchel (approx. $15).
Was this exact ladies jean tested by MotoCAP?
MotoCAP tested the men’s 881 raw blue jean. The ladies version uses the same material composition and stitching method. If and when it gets tested the information will be updated.
Model 883 now 881 / Product Review:
The original model was made with stretch cotton denim and 300gsm full lined Kevlar achieving 4 seconds 13595:2002 test. The product has now evolved into "881", the highest protection we offer. The ladies 881 is being released late May 2026.

Please take note: If you find your inbetween sizes its best to choose the larger size for a comfort fit or the smaller size for a firm fit.
The denim is stretchable so it will shrink/stretch to suit your shape.
To maximise the success of the fit please do the following:
1. measure your actual waist (just above hip bone) - these jeans are mid rise so they will fit just above your hip bone
2. Grab your favourite jeans and compare them against "across waist/hip, outer leg, inner leg"
We have put considerable effort in ensuring the success of this cut.
Alot of ladies who have tried all other protective jean brands finally come to us and find ours are a better to perfect fit.
Your more than welcome to order 2 or 3 sizes and return the two non fitting jeans for are refund.

They don't look like motorcycling jeans (and that is a good thing)
After ordering these a size too small initially, I emailed Matt to ask how to go about exchanging these for a larger size. Without hesitation, he sent me two sizes to try on, and said to just mail the two pairs that didn't fit back to him. The jeans themselves fit well, and they look like normal jeans. There aren't any annoyingly placed seems that you can find on other kevlar jeans, which I was ecstatic about. The mesh lining that sits over the kevlar feels really nice on your skin, too. The jeans are fully lined, and feel sturdy. I haven't had them long enough to check, but it doesn't feel like they'll lose their shape. Also a bonus for me is that the branding is quite discreet (I'm not a fan of flashing logos on my clothing). Ideally I would have liked these jeans to be higher waisted - they're a bit low when I sit on the bike. The jeans were also quite short on me - and I'm not super tall (about 172cm). I would have liked to tuck the jeans into my boots, but they are just a little too short for that (the jeans end above my ankles). Overall I'm a happy customer though - it's stupidly difficult to find kevlar jeans that look like normal jeans, and these are exactly that.

Excellent quality and fit
This is actually the second pair of these jeans that I have purchased they are so good. I lost some weight and the original size was then too roomy so I ordered exactly the same pair again in the next size down knowing how good they would be. These are the only kevlar protected motorbike jeans that actually fit my curves as I have an hourglass figure (not straight up and down like a stick). I must have tried on every other pair at the Sydney Motoerbike & Scooter show one year before I found them and they are a very reasonable price too compared with some of the 'fashionable' brands sold in the bike shops. They are really well made and look great on. Luckily I have not had cause to test their protective qualities as yet but I feel very confident that they would be up to the job if needed because of their unique liner construction. The only reason I can't give them all 5 stars here is because I always have to remove the knee guards as they sit way too far up my leg to be useful/comfortable - maybe my knees are just lower than normal ?!

Awesome Jeans and great service.
I ordered the jeans in 3 sizes, 6, 8 and 10 and as the website ensures, true to his word, Matt refunded me on the 2 non fitting pairs. This really impressed me as sizing can differ within brands, especially online. I am a true size 6 and Finn Moto sizing is pretty spot on. The jeans are a classic pencil fit with no unecessary stitching and really comfortable with enough elasticity to hop on and off the bike. They are fully lined with kevlar, not like most other brands that only have kevlar placed in common impact areas and they are lined with a breathable mesh that feels like silk against the skin. The knee protection is removable, and I do advise on choosing the smaller armour for sizes 6 and 8. I also purchased the kevlar hoodie which is awesome too. Really good fitted jeans for women
These jeans look just like regular slim cut jeans and are very comfortable to wear. I emailed the measurements of my favourite pair of jeans, and the size that I was recommended is perfect. There are 2 different position options for the knee armour (to suit women of different heights), and the length of the leg is perfect for me (I'm 167cm tall). My RST Trinity touring boots fit under the jeans but there isn't much room to spare as they are a slim fit with a straight leg. Women with chunkier boots might prefer to tuck the jeans in. I have a personal preference for a slightly higher cut in the waist (although these are fine and will be what most women are used to wearing) and a slightly less skinny leg, but I think if it wasn't for the knee armour most people would have a hard time telling these jeans apart from their regular ones. They look and feel really good. Service was excellent too. My enquiries were all answered quickly and the jeans were on my doorstep 4 days after placing the order.
