17.5inch across the waist will be a size 34.

If you normally wear a standard size 34 in Australia, you will fit in our size 34.
Measuring your bodies belt line it should measure 36inch waist circumference. To cross reference lay your normal jeans flat, measure cross the waist side to side equals 17.5inch. Remember our jeans have kevlar so if your normal 34 jeans might measure a little less.

USA: If you wear a size 34 in USA clothing, then you should choose 35 or 36 (use the circumference and across waist method).

If you need help with size selection please call or email with the following information:

- Normal jean size?
- Height?
- Actual waist circumference or across waist measurement of jeans?

    Very Happy

Posted by Jason on 24th Mar 2016

I had been looking for a pair of riding pants for some time, I came across FINN moto website by pure chance, they were exactly what I was after clean lines & great protection with full Kevlar, the fit is perfect measured straight from website guidelines, arrived within 4 days of ordering, without washing threw them on & went 1100klm's in two days, very comfortable, admittedly they might be a tad warm in summer but I don't go out when its over 35 degrees anyway, the only negative I have is the zipper is difficult to do up otherwise I couldn't be happier.

    Excellent jeans

Posted by Charles, Albany WA on 30th Nov 2015

These jeans are an excellent fit, feel very comfortable on the bikes and seem to me to offer the best protection of any jeans I've had before, very impresisve. I followed the sizing guide and the fit is perfect, I'm very happy with my purchase.

    top quality

Posted by Tony on 30th Jul 2015

Jeans arrived today, super fast postage, quality looks awesome ,the only concern I have is the quality of the pocket lining (looks very thin) only time will tell,,hate the felling of keys/coins rattling down my legs and landing on the ground. Compared to the cheap pair of Force riders jeans I have(which i would now be concerned about a low speed fall of a push bike )these Finn Moto Duds inspire confidence and are absolutely awesome. Agree with a previous post about them being too hot for an Aussie summer,BUT Matt Finn now has a light weight quality version available to get us through the Aussie summers. Cheers Matt, thanks for a great product. Matt Johnston Raby ,NSW

Tried the jeans first time on a long run and found that were really comfortable and gave me more security with the amount of kevlar in the jeans. Best buy for me, thank you

    FINN MOTO KEVLAR JEANS

Posted by Grant Starr on 22nd May 2015

I recently had a motorbike accident where I almost ran into the rear of the car, I attempted to get around them but as they locked the brakes they skidded across blocking off my exit. Hit with the left hand foot peg dragging me back into the side of the car, This sheared my forward control bracket and broke my shift rod spearing the shift rod into the back of my leg about 2". The forward control assembly slamming into the front of my shin making a bit of a mess, The injury to the back of my leg was about 2" above the knee but also 2" below where the kevlar finished also the same with the shin area just under where the kevlar finished. So after I recovered I was on the hunt for something with a little more coverage so started looking at the draggin jeans I had seen Finn Moto advertise on Facebook but could not find anywhere local. Went to Harley Heaven and checked out there Jeans I was pretty impressed by the quality and coverage of these but they were $350! This bought me back to The Finn Moto, I decided to order a pair online & hope for the best. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived very close to the Quality of the $150 more expensive Harley brand. Maybe a little thinner denim but hard to tell! Other than that not too much difference 450 gm Kevlar all the way down to the ankle are also fully lined for a nicer feel against the skin. And thick cutting out the need to where some thermal pants underneath on the colder days. I liked these so much I am gonna order another pair. Sizing seems to be similar to Levis.

    Great quality and perfect sizing

These jeans are excellent value and the size is spot on. I love the fact that they are fully lined and not just patches of kevlar as with other brands. Cheers to Finns for a great product

Thanks for making such an affordable bit of kit, well made and fits like a glove. I would recommend it to anybody. Planning a long trip in the foot hills of the Himalayas, need all the protection I can find.... keep up the good work with producing quality gear at an affordable price point.

Excellent Quality Jeans at a Reasonable Price

Posted by Steve on 21st Nov 2014

I have returned to riding after a gap of many years and a non-negotiable point for me is to obtain the best and most practical protection, preferably for a reasonable price. I did a fair bit of research into different jeans, read comments etc and then came across the Finn Moto jeans. These offered exactly what I was looking for at a good price and in my opinion were comparable to some well known branded jeans put out by a company that makes expensive cars and bikes. The other major plus is that the cut is pretty good and these can be used as everyday jeans if the hip and knee armour is removed. I also must admit that I was intrigued by the difference in the quality of kevlar as shown in the Finn Moto comparison of kevlar hoodies on Youtube. Would I recommend these, most definitely yes, as they meet not only my criteria but also provide the level of protection that my wife and daughter insist on.

    Excellent bike jeans

Posted by Scott B. on 20th Dec 2013

In terms of comfort and fit these are the best motorcycle jeans I have tried and fit perfectly. I'm six foot two and chose a 38 long fitting as I usually need a little extra leg length and these jeans were just right. The only area for improvement I could see is a little extra adjustment in the removable knee pad pockets as when standing the top of the knee pads were about an inch too low and the tops were touching on my knee caps. This is not a problem in seated position and a slightly longer (higher) pad pocket with extra velcro spacer would fix this making the pad spacing further adjustable. These were amongst the most comfortable and presentable jeans I've owned on or off the bike. Thankyou for producing such an affordable, comfortable and high quality product with good protection capacity.

    Awesome quality and super comfortable

Posted by Gary on 28th Mar 2013

These jeans are an awesome buy, super comfortable and (presumably) super strong. The armor in the knees perhaps sits slightly too low for me when standing, but sits nicely in place when riding the bike. It's removable, but not so easy that you're going to just slip it out when you get to work or your destination. Quality of the jeans is excellent, the 450gsm keans are quite warm though, maybe too warm for a hot summers day, but perfect for spring autumn and winter.
